The Calendar Settings dialog allows you to control how AstraSync handles calendar synchronization.

• AstraSync will retrieve all historical appointments from the last two weeks and all future appointments to your device calendar by default. You can increase the historical retrieval time window by selecting from the 'Synchronize appointments in the last' drop down list. Note some servers may not support the historical request.
• AstraSync can synchronize meeting Attendees for any meetings in your calendar.
This feature is off by default as it can lead to duplicate meeting invites being sent to the attendees by CICAL service books already installed on your device.
If you want to enable meeting attendee syncing you
must delete any CICAL service books from your device first. More information on this can be found in the
AstraSync Forum.
• By default AstraSync will sync appointments in your 'Device Default' Calendar. If you have a number of calendars on your device, and would like to sync a different set of events then you can change the selected calendar here.
