The diagnostics dialog is accessed by selecting 'Diagnostics Settings' from the options menu.

IMPORTANT:

You should only use the diagnostics when prompted to do so by support.

You must remember to turn off diagnostics after reproducing your issue so as to avoid excessive cellular data charges.

To enable diagnostics when directed to do so by support check the 'Enable Diagnostics' check box and click 'Save'.

To turn off diagnostic logging deselect the 'Enable Diagnostics' check box and click 'Save'.

To use Wifi (when available) instead of the cellular network to upload the diagnostic logs check the 'Use WiFi' check box and click 'Save'.
