• Check the 'Enable HTML support' box to view the HTML body of your emails instead of the default plain text message.

• AstraSync will retrieve messages from the last two weeks for all folders you are syncing by default. You can change this time window by selecting from the 'Retrieve messages from last' drop down list.

• If you do not want to be prompted to confirm a message deletion deselect the 'Always confirm deletions' check box.

• If you wish to save a copy of any message you send from AstraSync to your server 'Sent Items' folder check the 'Save Copy' option.

• To disable address book lockup for recipients when composing email messages un-check the Address book look up option.

• AstraSync can show messages in the message list on one or two lines. This is normally automatically set based on your devices screen size. You can override the automatic option by choosing 'One' or 'Two' from the 'Number of lines for message rows' drop down list.

• You can choose to show the device time and message sent/received times in 12 or 24 hour from the 'Time format' drop down control.

• To change the default attachment download path (used when choosing to open rather than save attachments from the message viewer), press the menu key and choose 'Set Attachment Path'.

&bull AstraSync can add a signature to every outgoing message sent from your device. You can set your desired signature in the signature box, or turn it off completely by deselecting the 'add signature' option.
