When an error occurs that AstraSync can't recover from it will log debug information about the error to the device event log. This information can help us to diagnose and fix the issue.

You open the device event log from the home screen and then a special key combination. Once at the home screen, use the key combination below that corresponds to your device:

Pre-Storm devices

Press and hold the left Alt key, then press L G L G.

Edit

Storm devices

Show the keyboard from the menu, then press and hold the bottom left button '!?123' to bring up and lock the numeric keypad, then press the following combination depending on what view mode you are in:

Portrait: ,5,5 (comma five comma five)

Landscape: "/"/ (quote forward-slash quote forward-slash)
