Registration Error Messages

If you receive the error message "License Key is Invalid" you have mistyped some characters. Please carefully re-type the license key.

If you receive an error message starting "Registration Failed." and you have previously successfully registered your copy you will need to clear the old registration:

  1. Log into the AstraSync Portal.
  2. Click the 'Edit' link in the Subscriptions table for the subscription you are trying to register.
  3. Find your old registration and click delete.
  4. Retry the registration in AstraSync
