If you receive the error message "License Key is Invalid" you have mistyped some characters. Please carefully re-type the license key.
If you receive an error message starting "Registration Failed." and you have previously successfully registered your copy you will need to clear the old registration:
- Log into the AstraSync Portal.
- Click the 'Edit' link in the Subscriptions table for the subscription you are trying to register.
- Find your old registration and click delete.
- Retry the registration in AstraSync
