The Sync Status Screen shows what operation AstraSync is performing, when the next sync is scheduled for and any errors encountered with the last operation.

The Screen is accessed from the message list menu and appears automatically should a serious error occur.

If you experience problems with AstraSync you should always check this screen to see if it is showing an error message before contacting AstraSync support.

When an error occurs the screen will also show a 'Help' button which will load the related page on this site to explain the issue and help you resolve it.
