The username/domain and password combination were rejected by the server. Please reenter the password under Menu > Options > Server Configuration. The password field IS case sensitive.

If the problem persists, you should contact your IT or email Administrator to verify the correct credentials and also to verify your account is enabled for ActiveSync access. Some IT policies may prevent you from logging in via ActiveSync.
