Pressing the Menu (BlackBerry) key while viewing the message list brings up a menu with many options. The options available change depending on the folder you are viewing and if you have Multi-Select enabled.
Several of these options also have
keyboard shortcuts.
- Open
Open the selected message in the Message Viewer. (Not available in Multi-Select mode)
- Mark (All){Read,Unread}
Mark the selected message(s) as Read or Unread
- Reply
Compose a reply to the message sender. (Not available in Multi-Select mode)
- Reply All
Compose a reply the selected message sender and its other recipients. (Not available in Multi-Select mode)
- Forward
Forward the message and its attachments to another contact. (Not available in Multi-Select mode)
- Delete (All)
Delete the selected message(s) from both the device and the server.
- Move (All)
Move the selected message(s) to another email Folder.
- Compose Email
Open the Compose window to write a new email.
- {Set,Complete,Clear} Flag
Will Flag a message for follow up / action, mark a message as completed, and clear the completed tick from the selected message in sequence. (Not available in Multi-Select mode)
- Folders
View and managed synchronized folders.
- (Hide) Search
Show and Hide the client side search box.
- Meeting Request
Open a dialog to create and send a meeting request.
- Company Directory (This feature is not supported by all servers)
Search the Company Directory for a contact.
- Options
Shows the AstraSync settings and options.
- Multi-Select {On,Off}
Turn Multi-Select on and off.
- Sync Now
Triggers an immediate check for new messages, and synchronization of calendar and contact changes on the device or server.
- Sync Status
Shows the Sync Status Dialog.
- Check for Update
Checks to see if a new version of AstraSync is available for download.
- Refer a Friend
Loads the Compose window with a pre-written email which you can customize and send to your friends to let them know about AstraSync.
- Debug Log
Displays the Debug Log. You may be asked to access this by AstraSync Support should you experience any issues.
- Help
Loads this website in the BlackBerry Browser.
